  • I'm new to Training, am I fit enough?
    First of all, welcome to your new training life! And yes, everybody is fit enough - no matter whether your seasoned and looking for a switch up or never stepped foot in a gym - all of our sessions are scaleable to any fitness level and we will always work with you to build your strength and fitness to new heights. At SureFit it's all about you, so let's get started and see where we can take you!
  • How do I book Group Training Sessions?
    We use the MindBody App for all Group Training Bookings and Memberships management (available from the App Store and Google Play), you can download the app, create a free account, search for SureFit and click 'Book' on the session that best suits - you will then be able to select either a trial or any of our Membership options and proceed to check out. Bookings are essential. If you get stuck at any stage of the process, please touch base with us direct on 0432 044 663 or and we can help to walk you through the process.
  • How long do sessions run for?
    Our Group Training sessions run for 30mins and allow 5 minutes between for setup, pack down and cleaning. We condensed our sessions for efficiency and to account for the time poor while still giving maximum output. Personal Training sessions run for 30mins, 45mins or 60mins - this is at your discretion and will be discussed when we have our initial consultation.
  • Do sessions run on Public Holidays?
    On public holidays our Trainers are often still available for Personal Training, however our Group Training timetable does differ, please check mindbody 5 days out from Public Holidays / Holiday Periods for the most up to date timetable. On most Public Holidays we run a limited timetable, so please check MindBody close to the date.
  • Is there a late cancellation or no show policy?
    For our Group Training sessions, your membership is unlimited and anything goes - no hidden fees, no late cancellation policy and no no show penalties, although we always prefer to see you accountable to the sessions you do book and would love to see your smiling, sweaty face. For Personal Training we have a 'fair play' cancellation policy, which is: >24hrs notice has no fees, <24hrs notice will forfeit 50% of the session rate - we do understand that there are extraneous circumstances and will always work with you where ever possible. No matter the notice, your Trainer will always do their very best to reschedule a session to keep the training flow.
  • How do I get myself a Personal Trainer at SureFit?
    Please use the contact us form to give us your contact details, tell us about your goals and we will be in touch within 24hrs to discuss. We will talk through goals, the process, then find the most suitable Trainer from our Team and book sessions at times that suit you best - then it's time to get to work!
  • Do I need a Membership to do Personal Training?
    No you don't, you can get involved with Personal Training without a Group Training Membership - and that works both ways, you do not need to be undertake Personal Training to join with one of our group training memberships. Ask us about how we can best integrate you into Training.
  • I have an injury, can I still train with SureFit?
    Absolutely! We design all of our sessions the ability to create suitable alternatives for those managing injuries. In any case we will always talk through your injury to understand how we can best integrate you into Group Training or manage / rectify the injury during Personal Training.
  • Can I use the gym outside of session times or personal training bookings?
    At this stage we are 'by appointment only', with availability only within set group sessions or booked personal training times.
  • Where can I park?
    There is ample parking on Pakington Street and Streets surrounding. To keep our neighbours happy we ask that you please do not park in the car parks behind the gym on Dairy Lane as this is private business parking (even outside of business hours).
  • Do you have Shower and Change Room facilities?
    Unfortunately we do not currently have Showers available, but we do have change room space.
  • What do I bring and where do I go?
    For your session we don't need much except you, a drink bottle and a towel. We provide everything else. We also have a filtered water tap, as well as antibacterial wipes for cleaning equipment after use in line with COVIDSafe cleaning measures. You can enter the gym via either the front entry on West Fyans St or the rear door via Dairy Lane. We have shelves at the front and rear entries to put your belongings while training.
  • Can I suspend my Membership?
    You sure can, each membership has slightly different terms, below are suspension options for each; Direct Debit - can be suspended for up to 4 weeks per year whilst still holding sign up price. 3 month / 6 month Bulk Memberships - up to 2 weeks per membership 9 month / 12 month Bulk Memberships - up to 4 weeks per membership We can suspend Memberships for extended periods for diagnosed injuries and extraneous circumstances, for longer suspension options please contact SureFit direct on 0432 044 663 or to discuss.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Any Direct Debit Memberships can be cancelled via written notice to - we require 3 business days notice to cancel. All bulk memberships are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Bulk memberships can be transferred for a $30 admin fee. Transfer requests must be made in writing to - we require 3 business days notice and recipients details to complete the transfer (recipients full name, contact number, home address, email address)
