Frequently asked questions
First of all, welcome to your new training life! And yes, everybody is fit enough - no matter whether your seasoned and looking for a switch up or never stepped foot in a gym - all of our sessions are scaleable to any fitness level and we will always work with you to build your strength and fitness to new heights. We meet you where you're at and build from there together. At SureFit it's all about you, so let's get started and see where we can take you!
We use the MindBody App for all Group Training Bookings and Memberships management (available from the App Store and Google Play), you can download the app, create a free account, search for SureFit and click 'Book' on the session that best suits - you will then be able to select either a trial or any of our Membership options and proceed to check out. Our Group Training sessions run for 30mins or 45mins - Our Group Training is broken up into two sections; Accelerate and HyperStrength.
Accelerate Timetable (30minute sessions): These sessions are our condensed, fast paced, high output sessions. These sessions are mostly cardio based, although are broken into different training styles in each original session. - Burn: Our HIIT Style session. Short, effective bursts in intense intervals. - Condition: All over body resistance training and high level conditioning, lookin gto tone and strengthen
- Endure: Where we build big, quality engines. Utilising steady state and long intervals to help to compliment distance running and longer effort training.
- Rumble: SureFit's high energy boxing session. Learn flawless technique and sweat your way through. Challenger - Take on the challenge and see where your limits are. Or simply test your progress in this 45minute all out session. HyperStrength Timetable (45minute sessions): Premium group Strength training. We work closely in capped groups across 12 week training blocks. With purposeful and progressive training, we will build strength, sculpt muscles, boost confidence and create high functioning, strong bodies. Work at your own pace, with your own weights, towards your own goals, with this completely customisable resistance training experience. Personal Training sessions run for 30mins, 45mins or 60mins - this is at your discretion and will be discussed when we have our initial consultation.
On public holidays our Trainers are often still available for Personal Training, however our Group Training timetable does differ, please check mindbody 5 days out from Public Holidays / Holiday Periods for the most up to date timetable. On most Public Holidays we run a limited timetable, usually with a 9:30am session, so please check MindBody close to the date.
For our Group Training sessions, your membership is unlimited and anything goes - no hidden fees, no late cancellation policy and no no show penalties, although we always prefer to see you accountable to the sessions you do book and would love to see your smiling, sweaty face. For Personal Training we have a 'fair play' cancellation policy, which is: >24hrs notice has no fees, <24hrs notice will forfeit 50% of the session rate - we do understand that there are extraneous circumstances and will always work with you where ever possible. No matter the notice, your Trainer will always do their very best to reschedule a session to keep the training flow.
