Group Training

A stacked timetable of fun and highly effective workouts. Our Group Training is designed to bring the energy of a team with the focus of personal coaching. Every session is purposeful, progressive, and adaptable—meeting you where you’re at and challenging you to grow stronger every week. With a variety of sessions built around real results, our coaches keep things dynamic, supportive, and fun, so you’ll never feel lost in the crowd. It’s fitness that moves with you, not against you. With every session designed in house by our very own Trainers, not emailed from HQ we bring personality and life back into your training. 

With a distinct approach, we have a two sided timetable; Accelerate and HyperStrength - allowing you to target cardio fitness or strength specifically, or combine for a holistic outcome.

Our high output, completely scaleable side of our timetable. Made up of 5 different session types; Burn, Condition, Endure, Rumble and Challenger - we work through high intensity intervals, steady state and engine building and faster paced resistance training with an all over body burn.

In these capped attendance sessions, we not only give expertly programmed and tailored resistance training - we teach you flawless, safe and progressive lifting technique to send your strength sky high and build the lean body of your dreams.

A space for everybody + more

We have designed our space with your success at the forefront, taking the overwhelm out of exercise and remaining functional and focused. With dedicated areas for each group sessions - whether it be Strength or Cardio Focused - as well as specific machines and equipment for completely tailored Personal Training and small Group Training.
